Historic Table Dinner Club: American Cookery (1796)
Tuesday, July 76:00—7:00 PMMeeting Room A

Calling all adventurous eaters! We’re going all the way back to 1796.
During America’s 250th year, we’ll eat like revolutionaries! Join us for an antique potluck dinner from an early American cookbook: American Cookery: or the art of dressing viands, fish, poultry and vegetables.... by Amelia Simmons. Will we eat stew pies, whitpots, or butter drops? You decide! Prepare your dish and join friends for dinner, conversation, history, and games.
